The recommended distance between the brackets is up to 500 mm, the indentations from the edges of the window sill should not be more than 250 mm. Screws and self-tapping screws are used only after preliminary drilling.

4. The recommended distance to heating devices (radiators) is 100 mm. The window sill should be placed at an angle and have a slope of 3–4 mm in level in the direction opposite the window, so that the moisture that enters flows towards the radiator.
5. The grooves on the underside of the window sill allow it to be mounted on a cement mortar or on a mounting foam base. When using foam, it is necessary to ensure vapor barrier of the joints along the entire perimeter of the window sill.
   IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE GLASS AND PLASTIC BOTTLES FOR LOADING DURING INSTALLING THE WINDOW SILL ON THE MOUNTING FOAM!

6. The maximum permissible free extension of the window sill is 70 mm. The recommended extension range is 50 mm. However, if the extension is more than 70 mm, it is necessary to install supporting angles with a step of at least 500 mm. The distance from the edges of the window sill should not exceed 250 mm. It should be remembered that such an installation may disrupt the conditions for the movement of warm air and lead to the formation of condensation on the inner surface of the window.
7. The maximum length of one installed window sill is 3000 mm. If it is necessary to connect two window sills, it is necessary to provide a thermal gap of 4–5 mm between them.
8. THE PROTECTIVE FILM IS REMOVED ONLY AFTER ALL INSTALLATION AND FINISHING WORKS (plastering, puttying, wallpapering) have been completed.

Rules for operating window sills TM PATRIOT, TM SILVER TECH, TM LESGARD and TM ALIANT

1. The window sills TM PATRIOT, TM SILVER TECH, TM LESGARD and TM ALIANT are intended for use only indoors, at a temperature not exceeding 60°C and a humidity not exceeding 75%.
2. During operation, avoid hitting the window sill.
3. Avoid using sharp or cutting objects on the surface of the window sill.
4. Do not place heating or cooling devices on the window sill.
5. Do not allow condensation to form on the window glass, containers with water (coolers, glass bottles, etc.) if they are on the window sill. Water dripping onto the window sill over a period of time can cause spot swelling of the film.
6. Do not place flower pots directly on the window sill. Use plastic stands or saucers with a glazed surface.
7. Do not use detergents containing abrasive particles to clean the window sill.
8. Do not expose the window sill to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Ordinary glass blocks ultraviolet light. However, if the window is open for a long time, direct ultraviolet light can cause the window sill to lose its color and integrity.

Warranty terms and conditions:

1. The warranty obligations of the Company-manufacturer of window sills TM PATRIOT, TM SILVER TECH, TM LESGARD and TM ALIANT LLC "Patriot Plast" provide for replacement or financial compensation, provided that the product is recognized as defective and the fact that its defects arose through the fault of the manufacturer.
2. To implement warranty obligations, the Authorized Representative of the Company-manufacturer must be given the opportunity to inspect the product directly at the place of its installation.
3. In cases recognized by the Company-manufacturer as warranty, LLC "Patriot Plast" provides a new window sill sample of a similar decor and size for compensation free of charge or compensates for its cost, provided that the amount of such compensation does not exceed the original cost of the window sill.

This warranty does not apply to cases:

• Non-compliance with the Installation Rules and Operating Rules for TM PATRIOT, TM SILVER TECH, TM LESGARD and TM ALIANT window sills, as well as intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
• Neglectful use of the product, violations of transportation and storage conditions, which led to mechanical damage or violations of the integrity of the structure;
• Expiration of the warranty period;
• If the window sill was dismantled before its inspection by a representative of the Manufacturer;
• Lack of a document (receipt, invoice, contract for the purchase of a window structure, etc.) confirming the fact of purchasing the window sill and containing information about the date of purchase, seller and brand of the window sill.

Transportation and storage rules

1. Window sills are transported by any type of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods applicable to a particular type of transport. Transportation conditions must take into account the influence of climatic and mechanical factors.
2. Window sills must be stored in closed warehouses. It is necessary to ensure protection of window sills from direct sunlight and moisture.
3. When stored, window sills are stacked horizontally and placed on the surface along their entire length. The maximum height of a stack on pallets is up to 2.5 m. If window sills are stored without pallets, then no more than 2 m.
4. During storage, it is prohibited to place any other material, except the window sills themselves, on top of the stacks.
5. Product packaging must not be torn or opened during storage.
