For the manufacture of window sills, a mixture based on polyvinyl chloride is used, which is fed to extrusion lines, where the window sill section is formed using dies. All window sills manufactured by the Patriot Plast plant undergo additional polishing, which provides a perfectly flat surface and meets high product quality requirements.

During the lamination process, the window sill is pre-primed using a primer, which ensures reliable and durable adhesion of the lamination film to the profile.

After that, the lamination film with the applied glue is rolled with special rollers along the contour of the profile. The adhesion strength of the lamination film is controlled by the laboratory according to European methods and in accordance with the Ukrainian standard DSTU. The decorative film gives the product an attractive appearance and additional strength characteristics.
